Fanart Friday- Doctor Who- The Dreamer

This is a character I created for the Doctor Who Universe: the Dreamer.
He graduated from the academy on Gallifrey and obtained an APDIS (Alterable Pocket Dimension Interface System) with which he began to create beautiful worlds, devices, and creatures for his fellow Time Lords to enjoy and be inspired by (Time Lord Law at the time prohibited travel to/interference with other people and planets; a regulation that the Doctor broke and why he had to steal his TARDIS).  When the Last Great Time War began, the Dreamer was drafted into the army; he fought on the front lines for some time, until his unit was slaughtered in the first encounter with the Skaro Degradations. He managed to regenerate, and his second incarnation took up a more behind-the-scenes role in the war, using his APDIS to create experimental weapons and technologies under direct orders from Rassilon (who had just been put in charge of the war effort). Eventually, the strain of seeing the effects of his new creations (particularly his last, a bio-mechanical WOMD that ultimately went out of control and destroyed a Gallifreyan fleet along with Davros' Command Ship and the Dalek fleet it was released upon) was too much for the Dreamer, at which point he took his APDIS (which had very limited flight capabilities) and used a controlled burst from an orbital tachyon cannon to launch himself away from the war.  He drifted for a long time before crashing to the surface of an unknown world and regenerating into his third incarnation.  He then resumed creating worlds within his APDIS, eventually revealing them to select few of the planet's locals. Not too long after, however, a horrific incident with a reawaked piece of his last war creation led him to regenerate once more and abandon this planet as well, drifting across space and taking in the odd traveler in their own journeys.
